  • Survey the work area to locate all the services, pipe work, ducts, vents, etc. and identify essential access points
  • Check drainage channels and sump pumps
  • Check the condition of the concrete pad
  • Interact with suppliers to arrange supervised deliveries
  • Map out the position of any new walls with chalk lines to give an idea of the floor plan
  • Consult with you regarding upgrades and add-ons during construction
  • Clean up and leave the work area in good condition at the end of each day
  • Respect your property and privacy at all times
Once the building process is complete we paint your new room using high quality paints. We will then thoroughly check our work with you to ensure that you are happy with the finished product. Finally, we will ensure that all waste and equipment are removed from your property at the conclusion of the project.
